Sometimes as you look forward to a new year and think about the mountain you want to climb,
it's very nice to look backwards and feel good about how far you've already come.

Thank you so much for joining this adventure with me.
December was a very happy month
in large part due to the kindness that you shared with the world, and then with me.
There. That felt good.
What did YOU accomplish last year?
Thanks for sharing. Your family photo is beautiful! I too like to focus on what I have actually done, not on a list of should haves. you can check out my list on my blog http://lifeofdeb.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteWhoa! You've done so many face sketches! What an accomplishment!
ReplyDeleteFirst, what a beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, the reverse resolutions. I finally, for the first time in my life, took a real art class. By real, I mean, formal, college credit, lots of work as well as exams. It was Color Theory. Science, history, art appreciation, as well and lots of painting exercises. Loved it.
wonderful post, Lyric and huge congrats on your accomplishments in 2011.j (and on your beautiful family) I've been meaning to review my year too, so thanks for the nudge.
ReplyDeleteI love your idea of Reverse Resolutions. All too often we only focus on what we have not done and forget all we have accomplished. Thank you for bringing it to the front of our minds.
