You've got the eyes & noses down. I like the 2 in charcoal b/c you gave structure to the cheek -- but I understand that's hard to do in ink. Thanks for sharing your fearlessness.
Thanks so much Ginny! I don't feel I've "gotten down" anything at all - but I do see improvement and am having fun.
It was pencil. And I still most often can't get the sketch to look like the person enough that I can look at it two weeks later and remember who I was sketching.
What IS great is that I can use a photograph and much more easily make something useable for a quilt.... Can't wait to get into my studio -- kids go off to school soon....
